Each participating department/university will register one or more competition coordinator(s) on IPAC website. Please be clear as to which department is represented by which coordinator. The coordinators will set their own deadlines to receive papers from the students that is no later than the official submission date set up by the competition. The contact information for the coordinators and their respective paper submission deadlines
should be updated on IPAC website by April 23, 2021.
University coordinators are requested to submit their department's top papers (maximum three but the top one is preferred) through IPAC website
by June 11, 2021. Only submissions through the website will be accepted. Please refer to the IPAC website to find the detailed list of the university coordinators.
