About the Online Leadership Certificate Program

The ALT Leadership Certificate Program was designed for the alumni of the African Leaders for Tomorrow (ALT) program and was co-delivered by the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) and the African Association For Public Administration & Management (AAPAM). This interactive program provided emerging African leaders with the opportunity to learn, develop and practice new leadership skills to apply to current and future organizations.

IPAC was thrilled to be a part of such an important program, utilizing Canadian, African and other International experts. The program was delivered in both English and French, both official languages of Canada.

The program took aim at the overall importance of leadership in the African context, provided concepts and tools for effective leadership and shared the importance and impact of diversity and inclusion in leadership.
