The Board of Directors of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Lucie Robitaille, as IPAC's new President for 2017-2018. She succeeds IPAC President David Morhart, Deputy Minister of Service Alberta.
