An unparalleled leadership role exists for a progressive, entrepreneurially astute individual to take the Resort Municipality of Whistler into the next decade of its evolution. The CAO will be a trusted advisor to Mayor and Council, leading a dedicated team of professionals to continue their own growth and development. Setting strategy, providing inspiration and fostering engagement throughout the organization and beyond, the CAO will be an exemplary communicator who values collaboration and is actively involved in the fabric of this unique community.

Finding and shepherding innovative solutions around these and other issues will be top priority for the new CAO. As the ideal candidate, you have a bachelor’s degree and bring ten to fifteen years of experience gained in a strategic senior leadership capacity. You are a highly credible individual who has had responsibility for providing leadership to high performing, multi-faceted teams. You are inspiring, engaging and have a proven ability to manage through change and drive a progressive agenda forward.
