The AGCO is looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead and manage the Information Services Division, including Infrastructure Services, Desktop Services, Business Solutions Group, Information Security, Information Management and Analytics, and Freedom of Information – protecting privacy and sensitive information. Reporting to the CEO as a key dynamic leader and trusted advisor of the AGCO’s C-Suite team, you will provide overall strategic direction, advice and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems and programs that fulfill, and respond to, the needs of the AGCO, and that support the AGCO’s vision and strategic goals: Modern Regulator, Service Excellence and People First. As CIO, you will be responsible for the management of enterprise architecture, application, security, risk, infrastructure and operations support. You will ensure that Information Technology capabilities are delivered reliably, sustainably, cost effectively and securely with agility based on changing organizational objectives and strategies. The role demands that you, as CIO, be current on new technologies and platforms and able to provide direction on emerging technologies and trends that may be integrated to ensure IT capabilities respond to the needs of the AGCO’s Information Technology Roadmap and strategic plan, including a digital by default strategy.

You have proven and progressive experience working in senior/executive Information Technology roles. You possess a relevant education in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent progressive senior-level experience working in Information Technology or another related field in the public or private sector.
