Currently the Institute on Governance (IOG) is seeking to fill a number of roles to support the expansion of its Indigenous Governance practice.
Founded in 1990, the Institute on Governance (IOG) is an independent, Canada-based, not-for-profit, public interest institution with its head office in Ottawa and offices in Toronto, as well as Iraq (Baghdad and Erbil).
Our mission is ‘advancing better governance in the public interest,’ which we accomplish by exploring, developing and promoting the principles, standards and practices which underlie good governance in the public sphere, both in Canada and abroad. The IOG’s vision is to be the pre-eminent, independent Canadian source of knowledge, research and advice on governance in a 21st century context.
IOG is a fast-growing and highly influential organization within the governance sphere. Since its inception, IOG has been working with Indigenous leaders and communities to advance and develop new models of Indigenous governance. Our talented team includes senior leaders and individuals with leading knowledge and expertise who share a commitment to improving governance and to bringing the best of Canada to the world.

Director/Executive Director, Indigenous Governance
Analyst/Senior Analyst, Indigenous Governance
Preference will be given to Indigenous applicants. Bilingual language capacity is considered an asset.
