Job Description
York University is recruiting for a Manager, Academic Faculty Governance and Policy to work with Office of the Dean, Lassonde School of Engineering. This position will work with faculty members and senior leaders in Lassonde and across the University, requiring a high degree of professionalism, diplomacy and the ability to build credibility, persuade and establish a reputation as the 'go to' person for governance and curriculum expertise and knowledge. A comprehensive understanding of the Lassonde School of Engineering, or post-secondary education system is also required in order to work effectively with partners and project teams within the Faculty and more broadly across the University.

Do you possess?
A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is strongly preferred; degree focused in public policy, administration, organizational behavior, or curriculum management or other closely related field would be considered an asset. In addition, the successful incumbent will possess a minimum of 5 years related experience in an academic and/or Faculty environment. The successful candidate should have experience in curriculum management and or governance. Experience in a STEM related field an asset.
