Reporting to the Senior Vice-President Academic, the Dean will be accountable for contributing to the academic well-being and growth of the College by providing academic and administrative leadership, supervision, support and direction to the academic chairs, professors, and support staff in the School of Business. The Dean will develop and implement the strategic plan for the School, ensuring it is in line with the College’s Strategic and Academic Plans. He/she will promote ventures by creating new partnerships, networks, and linkages within the professional, community, academic and business organizations. 

As a well-qualified candidate, you have a Master’s level degree in a relevant area. A Ph.D. or professional designation in business would be an asset. You bring senior executive experience within an academic environment and have a passion for student success and education.  Innovative with an entrepreneurial mindset, your demonstrated experience creating new opportunities in education and in creating partnerships with the broader business community, will serve you well as Dean. A consensus builder, with strong communications and interpersonal skills, you are able to articulate a vision and execute on strategic plans. You understand the uniqueness of working with a unionized workforce.
