The WCB is currently seeking a Senior Research & Policy Analyst to join our Policy & Research team.

The Opportunity

The Senior Research & Policy Analyst assists the WCB Board of Directors, Executive and other areas of the organization by drafting policies, guidelines, briefing notes, and discussion papers, and by providing information and guidance in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures. The Senior Research & Policy Analyst also identifies, monitors and analyzes relevant trends and issues impacting the Manitoba workers compensation system.
