How to Post Job Opportunities

Send an email to to request a posting with the subject line "IPAC Job Posting".

Your request must include the following information:

  1. Copy of the wording of the job ad in Word format.
  2. Contact name, e-mail address, phone number and postal address.
  3. Language of posting - if you are requesting posting in both English & French, you must supply your ad copy in both languages.
  4. Ads should be a maximum of 400 words.
  5. Specify whether you are requesting web posting only or web posting and E-Broadcast.

Job advertisements will be posted on the website for a maximum of 45 days, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

E-Broadcasts are sent once a week. (FRIDAY) Posting submissions must be received by 5 PM (EST) on Thursday to be included in Friday's e-blast. Any postings sent after that time, will not appear in that week's digest, but will appear the following week.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your posting to be live.


  • Web posting only: $350 plus HST
  • e-Broadcasting only: $350 plus HST
  • Web posting and e-Broadcasting: $500 plus HST

The combination of the web posting and the email newsletter service is an excellent way to reach a wide scope of potential candidates all across Canada.
