Stephanie Carter is the Assistant Deputy Minister of Corporate Strategy and Advisory Services within the Government of New Brunswick. She has worked for the public service for over 20 years in a variety of roles and enjoys developing other leaders, building capability in the organization, working collaboratively to solve challenging problems, connecting the dots – all in an effort to improve the lives of New Brunswickers. She is very excited to be a member of the National IPAC board to learn and share with other provinces.
