In 2017 Rob moved to Ottawa to join the Privy Council Office's Public Service Renewal Secretariat where he is pursuing his passion for helping to continuously improve the federal public service.
Prior to that, Rob lived and worked in Winnipeg. He began his career in 2003 when he was hired by Western Economic Diversification Canada. Rob had the opportunity to work on a variety of files touching on trade and investment, Indigenous economic development, tourism, downtown revitalization, innovation, planning, and performance measurement.
Rob has been involved with IPAC for over a decade, including Chair of IPAC Manitoba.
