Caitlin is passionate about policy excellence. She's been with the BC Public Service for 8 years and along the way she has picked up expertise in digital policy, transformation, and data innovation. She is currently the Director of Information Management and Strategic Policy at the Ministry of Attorney General, implementing the Justice and Public Safety Sector Digital Strategy. Prior to that she was at BC Stats where she brought her project and change management skills to support their modernization initiatives. Her experience spans policy, planning, design, process improvement, and transformation.
As the lead for the Policy Community of Practice, the IGBA Community of Practice, and Chair of the Victoria Chapter of IPAC, Caitlin has been driving efforts to build community and provide direction and development for the policy profession in the BC Public Service. Caitlin is a Lean Greenbelt, a Scrummaster, and a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner and holds a Masters in Public Administration.
