Lucie Robitaille is Assistant Secretary, Senior Positions for the Ministry of the Executive Council for the Government of Quebec since January 2018. Prior to this Ms. Robitaille was the Assistant Deputy Minister for Policy Branch at the Family Department since August 2016, with a mandate to develop an integrated vision of the issues related to the well-being of families, the overall development of children and ministerial guidelines in family policy and the fight against bullying in conjunction with all government stakeholders. She was Chair of the Board of Directors and President Director General of the Parental Insurance Management Board since December 2013. From January 2011 to December 2013, she held the position of Vice President for governance and administration and Corporate Secretary with the National Institute of excellence in health and social services. From 2003 to 2011, she worked at the Council of drugs as CEO and board member. Previously, she held various positions in the Ministry of Health and Social Services of Quebec, and in the health and social services since 1984.
Among her many professional activities, Ms. Robitaille is a member of the Order of Chartered Directors since 2011 and member of the Order of Pharmacists of Quebec since 1983. She is a member of the College of Corporate Directors since 2011 and was president of the Institute public administration in Quebec (IAPQ) from 2014 to 2017.
Ms. Robitaille holds a Bachelor and a BS in Pharmacy and a Master es science from Laval University and is a graduate of the National School of Public Administration (ENAP). She is also a certifed company administrator since 2011.
