About the IPAC Toronto Region Mentorship Program
The IPAC Toronto Region Mentorship Program connects IPAC members in any
stage of their career with senior leaders for career support and information
sharing. It provides members with an opportunity to enhance their personal
and professional growth.
Goals of the Mentorship Program

Accelerate the professional development of IPAC Toronto Region members.

Make connections with individuals interested in public policy and public
administration.

Receive career advice and firsthand insights from experiences.

Expand your professional network.
The Mentoring Relationship
The Mentorship Program pairs a leader working in the public sector, with a
mentee, usually from a different level of government. Participants can be
both a mentor & a mentee.
Mentors and mentees will be required to participate in an orientation/kick
off session at the beginning of the program. Mentors and mentees are also
required to hold a minimum of 3 meetings with their match.
