Hyacinth Khin is currently a Senior Strategic Advisor at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat, where she provides strategic policy and fiscal planning advice on operating and capital decisions related to the education sector. Earlier, Hyacinth served as Senior Analyst providing expert advice and interpretation on corporate fiscal management policies in the context of a COVID-19 response and post-pandemic economic recovery.
Hyacinth holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts, Political Science, from the University of Toronto, a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Public Administration and Leadership from Ryerson University and a Master’s in Public Policy, Administration & Law from York University. She currently serves as District Delegate and Community Lead for her workplace union and is a mentor at Victoria College, University of Toronto.
