Davina Dixon

With 20 years experience in the design and delivery of Human Services programs in municipal and provincial governments, Davina is dedicated to achieving effective and efficient public polices and programs resulting in optimal outcomes for vulnerable populations. With a passion for driving change in Human Services, she continually seeks opportunities to collaborate across all levels of government, sectors and not-for-profit organizations. As a Manager of Community and Labour Market with the City of Toronto, she currently leads work to help address the complex needs of individuals accessing Human Services, such as Stability Supports and Digital Access. As a champion for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion work, she is currently leading initiatives to support Indigenous Reconciliation. Davina has also worked in similar capacities with the Region of Durham and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. She holds a Master of Public Administration Degree from the School of Policy Studies at Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto.
