IPAC is a not-for-profit professional association, dedicated to promoting excellence in public administration in all orders of government.

The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) is Canada’s leading professional organization supporting excellence in the country’s public sector since 1947. The Toronto Regional Chapter of IPAC supports our members across the Toronto and Greater Hamilton Area. Our members join us from all levels of government (municipal, provincial and federal), broader public and not-for profit sectors and private organizations who are interested in public policy and administration.

IPAC is a recognized leader in thought leadership, training, knowledge sharing and outreach including hosting a large number of conferences and events held regionally and nationally. Every year, IPAC organizes topical events that address current issues in public policy and administration to examine and provide solutions to emerging issues.

IPAC Toronto Region is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organization and a registered charity.
