Call For Nominations: Commissioner’s Award For Excellence 2019

About the Award

The Commissioner of the Northwest Territories is the patron of this award. The award recognizes the exceptional achievement of a person who has demonstrated excellence in public administration in the Northwest Territories and who - by practice, in writings or through other endeavours - has made a significant contribution to the field of public administration.

The award pays tribute to a public sector practitioner whose work exhibits the highest standard of excellence, dedication and accomplishment. It recognizes an outstanding individual while underscoring the value of all individuals in the public sector who display leadership, values, creativity, and accomplishment. The award recognizes contributions made on a sustained basis rather than as a result of any single exceptional public service deed. Candidates will be judged upon their leadership skills, innovation, accomplishments and values.
