One hundred and fifty years ago, the proclamation of Canada of the Dominion of Canada and the events that it set in motion have had far-ranging effects on the economic, political, social and personal histories of entire generations of Canadians. Panel speakers will provide their unique insights regarding our foundations as a country - including reconciliation, celebration, reflection on the role of colonialism, and pride. This session will also look at how Canada can build on those foundations in a time of rapid and disruptive change, to shape a diverse, inclusive, connected and sustainable future for all Canadians.
