Join Huzaifa Faisal to learn about the key components of the GoA Respectful Workplace (RW) Policy, which is anchored to the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act updates from June 2018. - Definitions of focus areas: Harassment (bullying, discrimination, and sexual harassment) and violence (domestic violence)

Huzaifa is a consultant on Policy and Program Development with the Wellness, Health and Safety Branch in the Public Service Commission (PSC). She has worked at both department and corporate levels in the Government of Alberta. In addition to her current job duties, she facilitates Respectful Workplace Policy sessions for managers and supervisors in GoA.
