This webinar provides an introduction behavioural insights and an overview of the key principles that drive human behaviour. Attendees will learn about the growth of 
behavioural insights across governments through a series of examples where behavioural insights have shaped and improved outcomes

Sasha Tregebov is the Director of the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) Canada, leading BIT’s team in Toronto and its work across Canada. Previous to taking his current role, Sasha oversaw BIT’s work with local governments in the US through the What Works Cities initiative, which helped cities build their behavioural insights capacity. Prior to joining BIT, Sasha co-developed and led Deloitte’s Canadian behavioural insights capabilities, where he consulted to public sector organizations across Canada with a focus on strategy and innovation. He began his career as a policy advisor with the Government of Ontario. Sasha holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University.
