On Friday, January 28, 2022, Dr. Tatyana Teplova and Dr. Faye Schmidt will discuss progress in gender equality and the public sector from an OECD perspective.

Dr. Teplova's talk will focus on progress in gender equality – primarily in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries – with the focus on the public sector (including the tools it has available to close the remaining gaps).

In her presentation, Dr. Teplova will also highlight the OECD evidence on why gender equality – in different spheres of life – matters, the impact of the pandemic on gender equality, as well as the measures that have led to tangible results across OECD member countries.
