Please note that IPAC takes pictures and videos at all events and some images and footage from this conference may be posted on our website, social media channels and/or used for print or online marketing purposes at a later time. If you have any concerns with being photographed or filmed, please contact the IPAC National office upon registering.

Terms and Conditions: Registrations will be processed on completion of the online form. Once your online registration has been submitted, your registration is confirmed and payment charges will apply. Payment is accepted via credit card only. Please note, payment charges apply to all registrations including no shows or last minute withdrawals. In the event of a cancellation request, please review our cancellation policy for details. All fees are in Canadian dollars.
Cancellation Policy: Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]. Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute a full refund [less administration fees: $100 for regular registration; and, $50 for other categories] is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 14 days prior to the program date. No other refund is available. If payment has not been made prior to the conference, an invoice for the full conference rate will be sent. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule, refuse admission, or change speakers, location or content at any time.
