IPAC-U - IPAC-U: The Architecture of Inclusion

Inclusive organizational cultures enhance employee engagement, bolster innovation and are key to business strategy. Inclusive leaders understand the need to capitalize on the rich and diverse resources of their teams - particularly in an era of globalization and changing expectation of stakeholders. Dr. Lori Campbell will provide an overview of the key features of inclusive strategies, and why they are so important in today’s workplaces.

Dr. Campbell has worked in the field of diversity and inclusion since 2011, as the Senior Manager of Diversity at Enbridge and currently the Principal of the Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership at NorQuest College. She previously led a teacher education program at the University of Alberta, and spent 15 years in the N.W.T as a college instructor, community adult educator and leader. She has a M.Ed. and PhD from the University of Alberta.
