Focused on making The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education a continuously better place for learners, you will support our marketing, strategic planning, programming and decision-making efforts in this 2-year term position. This role will give you the opportunity to make a real difference by consulting on the creation, implementation, design and analysis of student and certificate graduate surveys, and making recommendations on program development. To succeed in this function, you must have a master’s degree, preferably in Social Science, Business or a relevant discipline, and at least 2 years of experience in an academic institution, developing, designing and conducting directly related qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. You will also apply your background in maintaining competitive intelligence monitoring, benchmarking, undertaking special research studies, determining performance indicators, outlining processes for documenting and disseminating results to stakeholders. Proficiency with statistical software packages, online research systems and NVivo is expected.
