The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) 3rd National New Professionals Conference will be held from Monday October 26th to Wednesday October 28, 2009 at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel. The 2009 IPAC National New Professionals Conference will explore how the expectations of new generations entering the public sector will lead its organizations to adopt new ways of working, communicating, and delivering programs and services. A roster of well-respected experts will look at what changes are coming to the public sector and its employees, and discuss how the next generation of public sector employees can influence and take advantage of these changes.
