Welcome to the National Capital Region Group of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada.
The Ottawa Regional Group serves IPAC members in the National Capital Region. We organize a regular speakers series with guests representing municipal, provincial and federal government, as well as academics and politicians. We are involved with recognition programs such as the Lieutenant Governor's Medal for Distinction in Public Administration, as well as a Student Award program.

2011-11-16 Inspiring Australia: Science as a Means to Power Innovation IPAC-NCR in collaboration with the Canada Science and Technology Museums Corporation present this breakfast event featuring Professor Ian Chubb, Chief Scientist for Australia. Professor Chubb will discuss the Inspiring Australia strategy, aimed at helping build a society that actively engages with and supports science and scientists as a means to power innovation.
