Bio
Sean Elliott has been the Membership Chair of the Nova Scotia Regional Chapter of IPAC since 2020 and has been an active IPAC member since moving to Nova Scotia in 2019. Sean works for the Government of Nova Scotia as a Client Services Manager on the Nova Scotia's Digital Service’s (NSDS) team and his clients are Nova Scotia Health and the IWK Health Centre where he manages the IT Technician’s onsite at the hospitals. For his work helping set up the Public Health Mobile Units to support COVID-19 testing around the province, he was awarded with the Premier’s Award of Excellence in 2021.
Sean has been in the Civil Service for 12 years and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta and an undergraduate degree in Commerce from MacEwan University. Before joining the Government of Nova Scotia in 2019, he worked for the City of Edmonton for 8 years progressing through the ranks to become a Management Supervisor of Workforce Development, Recruitment, and Culture for over 1300 staff in Parks and Roads Services.
