Bio
Noah Arshinoff is a lawyer, adjunct professor, and consultant in the anti-corruption and anti-money laundering space. Noah founded and is President of ACT International – a legal and policy consulting firm specializing in anti-corruption matters and is an adjunct professor of anti-corruption law at the University of Ottawa.
Noah has worked to strengthen corruption reporting mechanisms in Africa, designed and evaluated anti-corruption sanctions regimes for international organizations, promoted transparency in supply chains in the European Union and Canada, and delivered courses to prosecutors and investigators on how to detect, and adequately sanction corruption and money-laundering offenses.
