IPAC Series in Public Management and Governance
The editor of this series, Patrice Dutil is Associate Professor in the Department of Politics and Public Administration at Ryerson University. Before joining Ryerson in 2006 he was the Acting Executive Director and Director of Research at the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC).
Launched in 2001, the IPAC series in Public Management and Governance is published in collaboration with the University of Toronto Press. (A French-language series, the Collection IPAC en Management Public et Gouvernance is published with the Presses de l'Université Laval.)
Both series are dedicated to the promotion of excellent scholarship in the field of public sector management and to the broadening of the discussion around administration, policy and governance.
