Welcome to the website of the Nova Scotia Regional Group of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC). Formed in 1947, IPAC has evolved into a leading Canadian organization concerned with the theory and practice of public management. The Nova Scotia Regional Group advances the objectives of IPAC through our own distinct networking activities.

Designed to explore the diverse challenges faced by our province, IPAC Nova Scotia organizes a varied and topical series of events throughout the year including breakfast or lunch sessions with featured speakers; and recognition programs including the Lieutenant Governor's Medal for Excellence in Public Administration and Awards for Academic Excellence.

MEMBERSHIP

IPAC promotes and celebrates good practices and innovations in the public sector and membership is open to public servants in the provincial, municipal, federal and regional governments; students and professors of administration; and private sector partners of government.
