Message from Michelle Snow, Chair
I am honoured to serve as the Chair of the IPAC-NL Regional Group for 2017. I am priviliged to be joined by a team of dedicated individuals who are committed to helping advance the practice of public administration in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Throughout the next year we will continue to advance the goals and objectives set out in our strategic plan, which outlines three priority areas to guide our work through to 2018. In keeping with our three lines of business-Networking and Information Sharing, Engagement of New Professionals and Recognizing Excellence-we have developed a plan that sets out priority areas to guide our work. These objectives are intended to ensure sustainability of the organization, to grow and ensure relevance to our membership, and to continue to recognize and celebrate the achievements of public administration professionals from our province.
IPAC has declared 2017 as the National Year of Dialogue for Reconcilation and Renewed Relationships. The NL Regional Group is pleased to supoort this national iniative and looks foward to hosting several events linked to this important topic throughout the year.
I look forward to the many opportunities that lie ahead for our regional group in 2017 including expanding our membership and launching an exciting program of events and activities that benefit both members and non-members.
Thank you for your continued support!
