Terms and Conditions:
Payment must accompany all registrations. Registration will be processed on completion of the online form, an e-confirmation will be sent to you immediately following. If payment has not been made prior to the conference, an invoice for the full conference rate will be sent. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

Cancellation Policy: Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute a full refund (less $100 administration fee) is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 14 days prior to the program date. No other refund is available.

To start your registration, and to enable us to verify your membership status, enter your email address and press the start button.

ATTENTION!

*If you are registering on behalf of your employer or other staff member(s), please do not start the registration process with your email address. You need to enter the employer's or staff member's email address as we automatically search the membership database to ascertain membership status. The email address is a unique identifier.

In addition, DO NOT use same email address to register more than one registrant. Doing so will result in erasing all former registrations!
