Project Description:
The project focuses on public sector reform in targeted Qatari ministries to enhance service quality and efficiency. It is expected that the implementation stage will follow the design and pilot project phase.
Goal:
To establish Qatar as a leading example of public service excellence and create an economic environment that supports business and attracts global investment while sustaining the social and cultural values of the Qatari society.
Objectives:
The overall objective of the government of Qatar is to develop modern, high quality, efficient and customer focused public services and to increase sustainable growth.
The project will focus on public sector reform in targeted Qatari ministries to enhance service quality and efficiency to the business community and Qatari citizens, to ensure the development of an innovative and people-first approach and to ensure the capacity to meet the government's goals in a cost effective and timely manner.
