Program Description:
This World Bank funded program aims to develop and implement a short term leadership training program for Ministers and Secretaries General in Madagascar. Training on leadership and management competencies will be linked with current Malgache government commitments and priorities. Innovation, partnership and relationship development, program evaluation and sustainability will be key components of the training approach.

Goal:
To provide both academic and practical training to senior Malgache officials on a range of leadership competencies. Study tours, lectures, practitioner-to practitioner dialogues, and mentoring will be utilised throughout the program.     
               
Objectives:
To enhance and develop leadership and management competencies linked with current Malagache government commitments and priorities. innovation, partnership and relationship development program evaluation and sustainability will be key components of the training approach.
