Digital Leviathan: Policymaking in the Digital Age

Digital has established itself as a major trend in public sector reform and modernization.
Attempts to move towards digital government have raised major questions about how the public sector should be organized, the culture of the public service, its skills and capabilities, and the viability of traditional ways of making policy.  What new pressures, risks, and opportunities are ahead for 2020?

Based on case studies, surveys, and international fieldwork this webinar will highlight major trends affecting how Westminster government are responding to digital disruptions.  It will provide practical ideas and examples of what digital government units, policy and service delivery teams, and governments more generally are trying to do to ensure that digital is more than a buzzword.
