2011 International Congress of IIAS

The next International congress of the IIAS will be held from 4 to 8 July 2011 in Lausanne, Switzerland.
During the congress, the IIAS will organize its first Intercontinental Administrative Forum on "What leadership for the public administration of the future?". The event will be a vehicle for contrasting experiences and ideas from different continents based on three main topics: 1) Skills required; 2) The External Pressures to encourage thinking and development and 3) What Approaches to forming leaders seem to work best?

Accommodation - Important information :
A limited number of rooms have been blocked in few hotels (see list via the link: http://iias-congress2011.org/accomodation/ ) with special rates for the participants at the IIAS Congress. However please kindly note that, after 31 May 2011, all the unreserved rooms will have to be released by the Local Organizing Committee due to the high tourist season for Lausanne at the time. We therefore recommend you to make the booking as soon as possible should you wish to benefit from those special rates. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we thank you in advance for your understanding.
