The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) is an association of public servants, academics, and others interested in public administration.

IPAC was founded in 1947.

Our mandate is to promote excellence in public service and we do that a number of ways: Through our prestigious publications, conferences, awards of excellence, and knowledge networks.

Besides offering excellent resources, like our publications and events, we offer the New Professionals program to bring together emerging leaders in the public service to help them build professional networks, share experiences and knowledge with other new professionals.
