Conference Venue & Accommodation Information:
The Conference venue is the The Victoria Conference Centre (Oak Room) Victoria, B.C.
Accommodations can be made at The Fairmont Empress Hotel Victoria, B.C.
To make reservations, please call the Reservations Department of the Fairmont Empress Hotel at 250-384-8111 or the Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-257-7544. Individuals must refer to the IPAC Mastering Employee Engagement Conference Group to obtain the special rate of $159 per night.

Don't delay in making your hotel reservations as rooms are based on availability only.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and Substitutions Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute a full refund (less $ 50 administration fee) is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 7 days prior to the program date. No other refund is available.


Please note:
The credit card transaction process will time out after 15 minutes. Should you exceed this time, your registration information will be erased for security reasons. If this occurs, you will be required to register again.

If you are registering on behalf of your employer or other staff member(s), please do not start the registration process with your email address. You need to enter the employer's or staff member's email address as we automatically search the membership database to ascertain membership status. The email address is a unique identifier.

In addition, DO NOT use same email address to register more than one registrant. Doing so will result in erasing all former registrations!
