The 2008 Conference will take place at the Hilton Québec hotel.

Located on Quebec's Parliament Hill, the Hilton Québec is connected by indoor walkways to the Québec City Convention Centre and a concourse of shops. By automobile, it is less than thirty minutes from the airport, five minutes from the train / bus station, and a few hours from the U.S.

Delta Québec

The Quebec City hotel is located right downtown, steps away from Old Québec. The hotel is connected to the Hilton Québec hotel and Place Québec shops by underground passage.

Marriott

An agreement has been concluded with Marriot Hotels for the participants at the IPAC 2008 Conference for rooms at the Courtyard at the rate of $209 per night. However, you only have until August 1^st to reserve a room at this rate.

Here is the procedure for reserving your room via internet.

1. www.marriott.com/yqbcy
2. On the right of the screen, complete the fields for the check-in and check-out dates.
3. In the GROUP CODE field, type the following seven letter code:
   • 1 king-size bed: iapiapa
   • 2 king-size beds: iapiapB
4. Click on FIND and provide the information required to complete the reservation

You can also make your reservation by simply calling the hotel's toll-free number 1 (866) 964-4004 and mentioning that you are a participant at the IAPC annual conference.
